Customize Your iPhone Mails
We all love our iPhones, but having the “Sent from my iPhone†as default to every message can be quite limiting. Did you know that you can actually be a lot more creative with your iPhone email signature? After you get to update your signature, it will be automatically embedded to all your outgoing emails.
There are several options for you to make your signature a lot more personalized. If you are a business owner who has been using the iPhone for sending out work related messages, it might be advisable for you to use apps that help you customize your email signature. Some tools have the ability to change font, color, add your company logo or even provide a handwritten version of your signature for a more personalized brand.
You can even add a lot more creativity to your email signature by adding a personal quote or saying. Others put in their contact information, which may be critical for you, especially if you are doing business with multiple clients. If signatures are not your thing, you can also choose to delete it entirely. If you don’t want to include your name at the end of every email, you just have to follow these simple steps and you’re all good: tap on the “Settings†icon, then tap on “Mail, Contacts, Calendarsâ€. Scroll to find the “Signature†tab, and then tap on “Clearâ€. This removes the default “Sent from my iPhone†signature and allows you to replace it with a new one. Use the keyboard on screen to include the signature of your choice.  Once you have exited from the Settings tab, you can try sending a test email and your phone will include your new and customized email signature!
