My Pillow Pets Pterodactyl Review

My Pillow Pets is known for producing high quality products that really capture the fun elements of animals.  That is why many people were surprised when they started producing dinosaur themed stuffed animals.  One of the members of this dinosaur collection would be the My Pillow Pets Pterodactyl.  This fun and unique toy was able to capture all of the special qualities you would expect from this company, making it an overwhelming success.

My Pillow Pets got the simple things right with these stuffed animals.  First of all, they are unique, since they can start out as a loveable stuffed animal and instantly turn into a flat and soft pillow by undoing some Velcro.  The materials they are made of are fantastic, and include a very soft plush material.  They are also very durable, and even machine washable, what more could you want out of a stuffed animal?

The second thing they got right was the look.  Pterodactyls are not the easiest dinosaur to transform into a stuffed animal.  They started by giving it a great color scheme with a nice gray and brown mixture.  They also made the front legs very long, almost giving them a wing look.  The head is also narrow and long with a nice little beak.  The mouth is open showing some teeth, and it has a nice red color.  It is not completely a traditional looking pterodactyl, but it was done well enough you can easily tell what it is supposed to be, and it still keeps all of the qualities that have made these toys very popular.

The Pterodactyl is not the only option available, with great stuffed animals like the My Pillow Pets T-Rex being produced.  These are just a great stuffed animal for dinosaur lovers, and many kids absolutely love them.  These products make a nice addition to a toy collection, or they are a great product for kids to start collecting.
