Any easy and fun appetizer or party snack is pico de tuna. This is one can combined with chopped onions, cilantro, and tomatoes, plus jalapeno peppers and salt and pepper to taste. Make at least a few hours in advance to allow the flavors to completely combine. Serve with tortilla or pita chips. It can even be spread on top of tacos or burritos for an extra kick.
