I usually do strawberries, blueberries and raspberries for the 4th but peaches are great too!
Fruit Pizza
A fun, easy and festive dessert my family looks forward to every year.
Crust
2 boxes yellow cake mix
2 sticks melted butter
2 eggs
Mix all together until combined, then press the dough into a greased cookie sheet (12×18 jelly roll) with your hands. It takes a little patience to get it all spread out evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Use a spatula to press down the hot crust. This makes it nice and chewy.
Frosting
8oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
16 oz cool whip
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. Mix then add in Cool Whip.
Once the crust is cooled, spread on frosting and top with your favorite fruits!
